LEAD COMMERCIAL · Age Min 35 years. • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Engineering From Reputable University Background. MBA is a plus • Minimum of 8 years experience in finance, commercial, business development, or project management area · Perform basic understanding in oil & gas, power businesses, as well as general industry · Possess understandings in basic indicators of commercial performances, development of commercial deal structures, including financing schemes, and business negotiation · Good organizational skills · Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English · Common understandings in legal / commercial agreement contracts · Good presentation skills and computer basic application skills (Windows, Ms Word, Excel,Visio).
