| Responsibilities: - Meet intermediaries and end-users to market the company product range
- Develop and train the members of the channel for business development
- Monitors and directs daily operations
- Develops and monitors the division's budget
- Identify new potential products & develop new marketing areas
- Making every effort to maximize both present and long term sales and gross profits
- Maximize the merchandising efforts
- Achieve forecasted sales by following a plan of action
- Develop a business plan & budget forecast in the October month of every year
- Responsible for overall performance of division
Requirements: - Male/Female, min 30 years old
- Min. Bachelor Degree (any major)
- Experience as Business Development Manager at least 5 years in building materials industry
- Candidate with excellent communication skills and strong relationship with Architects and Contractors
- Understand in market research, building material business, strategic plan and develop new branches
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Good knowledge in MS office
