~ Business Unit Fire System Sales Manager ~
Responsibilities:
§ Formulate FS strategy in
§ Building up and operation management of BU team according to the business plan requirement. To provide necessary support to achieve desired result.
§ Reporting of result, review of action programs and align support with ASN/BU HQ via daily contacts and communication to ensure full support to achieve strategic goal.
§ Systematic buidling up of distribution network in the country. Frequent visit and discuss with customers/VAP to gaurantee customer satisfaction and reflect market condition.
§ Work with other Siemens Divisions colleagues in pursue of business opportunities.
§ Motivate a nd develop BU FS employee by leading and serving them to build an organization that constantly excel.
Qualifications:
- Male / Female
- Bachelor Degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 7 years experience in HR, Organization Development and Training
- Fire industry experience
- Have experience in P&L Management
- Preferably from Multinational Companies
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, results oriented, able to work independently and in teams
- Proficient in oral and written English
Salary : Rp 10 - 15 million per month, car and other benefits

Requirement:
- Male / Female, Age max 35 Years old
- Oriental Ethnic ( Chinese ) is preferable
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline

- Have experience minimum 3 - 5 years in a corporate marketing communications, branding and development. Preferable from fast moving company ( consumer goods).
- Have a product knowledge, brand knowledge.
Job description:
- Manage branding of product.
- Make the brand aware.
- Responsible in Support and Maintain, Making good relationship or networking with master dealers.
Range Salary Between : 10 – 20 mio per month
