An European financial service company, specializing in Forex and CFDs, would like to recruit a Indonesian Senior Sales Executive. Please find below the criteria that a suitable candidate should meet:


Job description:

-Creating client service products & processes to maximize retention.

-Open new accounts and build a new clientele base.

-Following up on leads for prospective clients.

-Customer retention and relationship management.

-Handling new client leads on a daily basis, following up on potential clients
and effectively retaining existing clients.

-Verifying client information and informing clients regarding account opening
procedures and documentation requirements.

-Training clients for using the Company's trading system.

-Communicate marketing promotions to clients via telephones and emails.


Qualifications required:


-Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, must have
superb customer service/sales skills.

-Must have strong interpersonal skills and be team oriented.

-Must have the ability to work under stress and have good organizational skills.

-Prior experience in FX sales will be considered as an advantage.

-Must be fluent in Indonesian and English


Requirements:


-Relocation to Europe.
