Human Resources Specialist
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all recruitment activity, starting from analyze man power needs, job posting activity, selection and interview process, and psychological assessment reports.
- Manage and coordinate all training activity, starting from training needs assessment, design training curriculums, executing training program, and evaluate training effectiveness
- Manage and coordinate all performance management activity, starting from distributing performance appraisal form, analyze and report performance appraisal recapitulation
- Improve the effectiveness of HR Business Process by evaluate HR Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to continuously improve HR Performance
- Assist HR Managers in all HR activity
Requirements:
- Male/Female, age max. 30 years old
- Min Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management from reputable university with min GPA 3.00. Profession Degree in Psychology is a plus
- Min. 4 years experience in the organizational development and design, job analysis and evaluation, recruitment system and process, people development, developing and control for the human resources system and procedure, standard operating procedure (SOP) with min. 2 years in Supervisory Level
- Highly independent, honest, excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills, confident, responsible, willing to learn, ability to work under tight schedules and team player
- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English; Expert Level skill with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
