AREA SALES MANAGER ( Balikpapan based)
The core accountabilities for this position are:
· Develop profitable business by working with 2nd tier channel partners to support and execute sell-thru process and key ground activities in the market
· Regular reporting of accurate sales by channel, geography, and key customers
· Build relationships with dealers and key customers in the region
· Ensure full support, involvement and implementation of key ground activities
· Conduct product training to distributor/ channel partner as required
· Develop and grow MGOs and Premier Partners
Requirements
· University graduate or above
· Good command of English is a must
· 6 – 8 years of experience in a similar role
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Result oriented
· Self motivated
· Passionate in championing the brand and the market
