CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Requirement:
 Excellent communication skills.
 Minimum GCE 'A' Levels or Diploma, or equivalent.
 Good written and fluent spoken English & Local Language for Sales Offices in Thailand, Indonesia , Malaysia, Philippines & Taiwan
 Other language knowledge is advantageous.
 Must have experience in SAP
 Good knowledge of import and export terms & conditions.
• At least 5 years experience in handling customers
• Available to work immediately
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Primarily Responsible for Local Sites/Markets - Order Backlog Management in collaboration with Regional CS Market Customer Rep/ Data Processing Team/Supply Chain/Sales/Finance Teams.
• In case of Sales Offices - Verify accuracy of Purchase orders received from Customers by vetting through important fields necessary to ensure Smooth Input into SAP by Singapore Based Data Processing Team
• Responding through emails or telephone calls from customers and assisting them with their inquiries and requests.
• Responsible to co-ordinates changes to Orders and updates between customers & Customer Service Executives in Singapore as and when it required.
• Work closely with various departments such as Logistics & Finance to ensure On-time Shipping & Invoicing for their Assigned Markets/Countries
• Responsible for Generating documents such as Shipping Invoice, Tax Invoice and ensure all mandatory requirements are adhered before Dispatching to Customers
• Handle Customer Feedback. Follow up on action items such as investigation, causes and corrective actions.
• Ensure data integrity in the system
• Provide weekly order status to customer/Sales Staff and update weekly Sales backlog report.
• Interact closely with Other CSE/OFE/Sales Team and Department managers by providing full support and high commitment to customers' requests.
• Assist in Order Processing when necessary
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.
