Mechanical Technician
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
o To maintain production facilities to support the basic business of PT. Karya Yasantara Cakti related to Mechanical field.
o To do maintenance and engineering activities to support other department on business process of PT. KYC such production, QA&QC, EHS, Supply Chain related to mechanical field.
o To support ESAB global objective in the region and globally as a supporting department on the main activities of PT. KYC which is production of welding consumables.
o To support ESAB global objective in the region and globally by making sure the reliabilities and availabilities of the production facilities and infra structure related to Mechanical field.
o Contribute continuous improvement.
o Participate in EHS implementation
o To maintain 5S Implementation in his area.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
o Male, max 25 years.
o Senior High School majoring Mechanical.
o Fully understand in technical drawing
o Good understand in pneumatics & hydraulics (capable in trouble shooting)Having knowledge in technical material
o Having knowledge in technical material (material selection & usage).
o Skillful in lathe, milling, drilling and welding (OAW, SMAW).
o Good in demonstrate mechanical tool & measurement tool.
Electrical Technician
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
o To maintain production facilities to support the basic business of PT. Karya Yasantara Cakti related to electrical field.
o To do maintenance and engineering activities to support other department on business process of PT. KYC such production, QA&QC, EHS, Supply Chain related to electrical field.
o To support ESAB global objective in the region and globally as a supporting department on the main activities of PT. KYC which is production of welding consumables.
o To support ESAB global objective in the region and globally by making sure the reliabilities and availabilities of the production facilities and infra structure related to electrical field.
o Contribute continuous improvement.
o Participate in EHS implementation.
o To maintain 5S Implementation in his area.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
o Male, max 30 years.
o Senior High School majoring Electrical.
o Understand technical drawing.
o Good understand in PLC (trouble shooting capable, design preferably).
o Having knowledge in pneumatics & hydraulics is a must (trouble shooting).
o Skillful in circuit diagram, electrical motors, fan, fuses trouble shooting & designing.
o Skillful in measurement & calibration (temperature, pressure).
o Willing to be stationed in Cikampek, Purwakarta.
