General Manager Store Operation

Requirements:
• Male or Female, min 30 years old
• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Have no less than 6 years of similar working experience, preferably in retail industry or department stores
• Knowledge of Retail Operational, Merchandising and Financial
• Good Leadership, teamwork, analytical thinking and problem solving
• Excellent communication in English, Planning, Controlling and Coordinating Influencing Skills
• Strong interpersonal skill and negotiate with internal and eksternal company
• Proficient in MS Office applications
