In line with our company's objective and organizational demand, we are currently seeking for :
Personnel Manager Position Purpose: Plan, develop, implement and monitor personnel functions such as recruitment, HR analysis, compensation and benefit, payroll, and employee relation to meet current and future demands of employees and the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree majoring in Law, Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Min. 4 years significant experience in HR or related field
- Computer literate & proficiency in English written and oral is a must
- Knowledge in Personnel Management and Industrial Relationship
- Strong knowledge of local labour law and policies
- Experience in dealing with governmental agencies would be an advantage
- Good contact and network with the relevant associations would be an advantage
- Strong Management and Leadership Skill
- Strong interpersonal and communications skill
- Creative, dynamic and hardworking
