Our office based in CBD area, and we are currently seeking people who are available immediately for an IT service desk support role, working in an internal IT suport team for a growing company. This is a full time permanent role, suitable for someone who have an IT experience or as a stepstone of your career.

In the role you will be responsible for looking after a variety of IT support issues from users in the business, troubleshooting and resolving issues and remote support, as well as desktop support and hardware break/fix, installation, maintenance and support of desktop/laptop hardware, website maintenance and updating.

Your typical tasks will include :

• Windows desktop application support and troubleshooting
• Network and mobile device troubleshooting (user settings, fault finding,etc.)
• Website maintenance and updating (Joomla)
• Potentially build the website for the company with flash version
• Basic active directory and mailbox administration (adding/changing user accounts, common basic exchange issues,etc)
• Desktop, notebook and mobile device hardware trouble shooting and break/fix (plus warranty logging)
• Backup software's and maintenance
• Virus software and maintenance
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Products,anti virus maintenance
• Efficient time keeping skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and priority tasks
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to use initiative and be highly proactive
• Be an effective team member, reliable and trustworthy
• Relevant IT certifications and qualifications will be considered an advantage
• Max 35 years old
• S1 Information Technology
