BRM has a diverse portfolio of minerals and holds security of tenure for its exploration and development properties. These properties give exploration and mining rights to various minerals including copper, gold, lead, zinc, iron ore, phosphate and diamonds. Given the strong commodity demand in the medium to long term, BRM provides unique opportunities to be part of a diverse mineral company i.e.: ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OFFICER - Has a minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology, or Management.
- At least 2 (two) years experience at the same position. Fresh graduates from Master Degree are welcome to apply.
- Experience in organizational development, performance, and change management.
- Excellent planning, analytical and organization skill.
- Proficient in English is preferable.
- Able to operate windows application.
DOCUMENT CONTROL OFFICER - Has a minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Management, or Business Administration.
- At least Diploma Degree from reputable University
- Having an experience at least 1 year as a Document Controller
- Soft Skill required EDMS , Ms Office, preferably Documentum
- Capable in maintaining project documentation files consisting of technical data, engineering and supplier drawings, technical specifications, purchase orders and other project-required documents.
- Capable in updates and maintains project document control record keeping system
- Strong command of verbal and written English
