Personal Assistant

Requirements:
• Female, max. 27 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (D-III) Degree in Administration/Management, Secretarial, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent with GPA min. 3.00
• At least 2 years working experience, preferably as Secretary to Director or Personal Assistant.
• Well organized and multitasking person
• Good communication skill especially in English
• Meticulous and service oriented
• Proficient in using MS Office application
• Mature, polite, goal-oriented, attention to detail
• Fast learner, proactive, mature
• Have a good in organizing and maintaining Board of Director activities
