The Asia Foundation seeks experienced candidates for an Administrative Officer position with the following responsibilities: maintaining proper assets and inventory control records, procurement of supplies, maintaining all assets and equipment including vehicles and buildings, and supervising the work of all support staff.
Candidates should ideally possess:
• Minimum five years of similar work experience in an office environment handling related responsibilities in an international organization, large corporation, or embassy
• S1 degree from a reputable university. Higher qualifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and database management
• Proven written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Professional organizational abilities
