PT. Konecranes, our representative office in Indonesia needs the following positions:
Accountant and Tax Manager ( Code: Acc )
Based in Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of Accounts
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial reports for all units in Indonesia and compliance with relevant accounting standards
- Prepare and review monthly performance report, analysis of accounts, quarterly & year-end management/statutory reporting
- Ensure all regulatory reporting and filing obligations are met, including liaison with auditors, tax agents, bankers and other statutory authorities on internal & external audit matters
- Prepare annual budget, periodic forecast of cash flows/financial results and monitor actual performance against budget
- To work closely with frontline managers for day-to day operations to provide technical expertise and advice on financial and related matters
- To assist in the implementation and monitoring of the internal control procedures
- Ad hoc assignment from time to time
- Prepare tax reporting monhtly and yearly
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification such as CPA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
- Female, max. 35 years old
- Must be able communicate in English both oral and written
- At least 5-7 years working experience with a Public Accounting Firm is required.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to propose corrective measures on challenges and improvements where needed.
- Sound Knowledge of local accounting and taxation laws and IFRS
- Good time management and interpersonal skill
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
BRANCH MANAGER ( Code : BM )
Based in Surabaya
Responsibilities :
· Manage daily operations business in the branch coverages area
· Develop business of services and equipment for Industrial Crane,Port and Lift Truck
· Selling Contract Service and develop contract base.
· Maintain existing customer and develop new customer
· Create good relationship with external and internal customer
· Manage the parts stock availability
· Manage Account Receivable and Work In Progress
· Staff Development
· Profit and Loss of the branch operations
Job Required :
- Male with Age Max 40 years
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical from a recognized University
- Must be have experience min 3 years in managerial level
- Good communication skills & work independently
- Good analytical skill,management and leadership
- Must be able communicate in English both oral and written
- Advanced Computer skill of Excell,MS Word,MS Project
- Experience in Industrial Crane or Port Services business will be an added value
Lift Truck Technician( Code : Technician )
Based in Surabaya
Job Required :
- Knows and has more than 5 years experiences in troubleshoot,repair and servicing Lift Truck Equipments
- Male with Max Age 35 Years
- Graduated Diploma Degree in Electric
- Must be able communicate in English both oral and written.
- Honest,trusted,high self starter,eager to learn
Management Development Program ( Code : MDP)
Responsibilities :
- Receives training and performs duties in several departments such as Service,Finance,HRGA,Sales,Operations and Administration
- Learns line and staff functions,operations,management view points and practices that affect each phase of business.
- Observes experiences workers to acquire knowledge of methods,proceduresand standard required for performance of departmental duties.
- Receives training in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities.
