One of our client in polyclinic industry is looking for:
Operation Assistant
Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree
· Min. 3 yrs operational work experience
· Should have good personality, pleasant, honest, knowing about license regulation (IMB, etc)
· Communicative, proactive and self motivated, since will be able to build strong business relationships with building owners, contractors, suppliers and key community leaders.
· Preferable someone that have background on site selection, analyzed potential market, and oversee renovation/fit-out process esp. for clinics
· Intermediate English required (spoken and written)
· Preferable has own car/motorcycle, since must be mobile to Jabodetabek area
Responsibilities:
· Assist Operational Manager to execute roll-out plan for polyclinic healthcare business
· Lead site selection and securing of clinic business across Indonesia
· Oversee renovation and fit-out process for clinics from start to finish
· Build strong networks with key local business and communicity leaders
