STORE SUPERVISOR

 

The Responsibility

To support the Store Manager in implementing his/her mission in managing the store, deputize in his/her absence and optimizing sales and highest standard of customer service through effective implementation of business strategies

 

The Person

Excellent analytical and organizational skills with proven ability to communicate convince and motivate both in writing and verbally. Customer focused with excellent people skill. Possess strong business acumen and strategic thinking with analytical ability, problem solving, planning and organizing skill

 

Education and Qualification

Minimum university degree or equivalent with 5 years of relevant retail experience, or proven track record from other industry with at least 5 years of managing experience. Strong experience in Visual Merchandising is preferred. Fluency in English is a must.
