IMPORT & LOGISTIC SUPERINTENDENT

An opportunity exists at PT Petrosea Tbk, one of Indonesia's leading Engineering, Construction and Mining Companies, for someone to act as Import & Logistic Superintendent and manage import and logistic activities which have a direct impact on Petrosea's success. We are looking for candidates who are self motivated and looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment.


* Male/Female.
* Bachelor Degree (S1) or D3 (Diploma) in any discipline of economy/management or other discipline, from a recognized university.

Experience:
1.                   3-5 years experience as an import & logistic Superintendent in multi national company, preferably in engineering, mining and construction & oil and gas companies.
2.                   Experience in managing the compliance of importation and tax procedures..
3.                   Familiar with Custom EDI systems and the customs clearance processing.
4.                   Experience and/or an understanding of custom rule and activities in throughout Indonesia.
5.                   Familiar with the shipping and logistics.
6.                   Familiar with the Master List BKPM & Oil and Gas.

Role & Responsibilities:
1.                   Responsible to handle the importation & logistics activities.
2.                   Prepare & arrange the customs documents & handling the customs clearance processing relating for the importation of Duty paid, Temporary Admission, Master List (BKPM & Oil and Gas ).
3.                   Ensure, monitor and track the plant / materials delivery form/ to overseas and inform the status to site on daily basis.
4..                   Prepare & arrange the master list BKPM / Oil & Gas.
5.                   Handle the processing of import & export of personal effects of expatriate staff.
6.                   Perform other duties as requested.

Other requirements:
1.                   Preferable to have worked in world class international companies.
2.                   Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
3.                   Hard worker, honest, self motivated, ability to priorities work and can work under pressure.
4.                   Capability to achieve project schedule and working over time (if required).
5.                   Willingness to support all team members as a part of team work.
6.                   Has good initiative in developing new ideas.
