Senior Developer
* At least 3 years experience in combining analysis, design, development and implementation of large-scale systems (Object-Oriented and/or distributed component based, especially .NET)
* Full life-cycle development experience, preferably on large-scale applications
* Strong in logic and algorithm
* Experience with object oriented analysis/design & some knowledge and skills on Software Architecture
* Exposure to EAI technologies (MSMQ, BizTalk, XML Web Services)
* Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies (such as MSF, RUP and Agile Methodologies)
* Has good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (C#, VB.NET <http://vb.net/> , ASP/ASP.NET+AJAX are advantages)
* RDBMS knowledge and skill (MS SQL Server)
* Experience in a mentoring/coaching role
* Good leadership skills and experience in leading development teams
Developer
* 0 to 3 year of actual delivery experience on a software development project
* Strong in logic and algorithm
* Has good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (C#, VB.NET <http://VB.NET> , ASP/ASP.NET+AJAX are advantages)
* Has good knowledge of object oriented analysis/design
* RDBMS knowledge and skill (MS SQL Server is an advantage)
