HR Staff
Requirements:
1.. Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable University
2.. Min. 1 years experience in similar position
3.. Familiar with personnel related matters such as labor organization, industrial relation, recruitment, selection, etc
4.. Good knowledge in Labor / Human Resource Law
e.. Highly initiative person, communication and interpersonal skills
f.. Excellent in consulting, negotiation skills and human relations
g.. Can work under pressure
h.. Can work both independently and as a part of a team
i.. Competent in Filing and Administration
j.. Computer literate is a must
k.. Able to speak and write in English
l.. Also Preferably:
a.. Able to prepare and review contract drafting
b.. Able to handle Legal Documentation
c.. Have good knowledge in Company Law
Responsibilities:
1.. Manage employee recruitment process & documentation
2.. Review employee recruitment entrance test
3.. Handle filling & HR administrative duty
4.. Review any agreement related to company business
5.. Monitoring & up date company legal documentation, rule and regulation related to company business
6.. Provide legal opinion to the company's management
