Bid Production Support
Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
ü Ensure the completion and delivery of physical bid documents
ü Ensure the consistency of formatting, numbering and titling
ü Improve the text provided by technical auditors by ensuring that the text is grammatically correct and readable
ü Check that all tender process requirements have been met including such things as page sizes, number of pages, attachments etc.
ü Provide all administrative support necessary for the labor intensive jobs of sorting, printing, copying, binding and packing of the material
Requirements:
ü Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Acrobat, etc.). Knowledge on macros is preferred
ü Working experience in tenders in similar function for 2-3 years
ü Able to work effectively on repetitive and labor-intensive tasks
ü Willing to work late and on the weekend
ü Can work in multicultural and virtual team environment
ü Good in English
