In support of our operation in Indonesia as part of Emerio's strategy to strengthen its presence in Asia, we are looking for young and experienced Professional to fulfill following position:
Senior ITIL/ITSM and Remedy Consultant
Location : Jakarta
Employment Status : Permanent
Requirements:
* Graduate Degree in Information Technology or related major from reputable university
* Have 4 – 6 years of strong technical experience in Remedy area
* Experienced in the delivery process (per device, service type, organization, charging & billing)
* Posses knowledge of the IT data model for service management and delivery
* Familiar with data import and export
* Understanding the relevant customer processes for IT service mapping from current mode to standards
* Has good communication skills
* Good English, both in verbal and written and also have high commitment to meet project target.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skill
