Job Title : Support Services Engineer
Dept : Support Services
MainPurpose of Job:
Conduct installation, diagnostic and preventive maintenance ofselected equipment in Customer site.
Execute repair of damage to fulfill clauses and expectation of Customer.
Typicalwork activities:
May assist
with the preparation of technical presentations, establish positive customer
relationships and ensure customer satisfaction, prepareroutines reports to customers, demonstrated problem solving skill-ability toidentify issues an opportunity and develop solution, make recommendations andexecute/manage their implementation within agreed time frame, provide basic operational trainingto customers.
MinimumKnowledge/Skill/Abilities:
Ø D3/S1 inComputer Science/Information Technology/Electrical Graduate from reputableuniversities Minimum of 1-year working experience as System/Hardware Engineer,
Ø Fluent inEnglish for both oral and written,
Ø Haveexcellent interpersonal skills and can communicate clearly and concisely,
Ø Ableto demonstrate orderly, systematic and detailed approach to work assignments,
Ø Strongability to analyze problems and is very methodical in solving problems, Iswilling to take appropriate risks and accept accountability for actions,
Ø Mustbe a self-directed learner seeking to continually learn new skills,
Ø Familiar& experience in OS Linux , OS Window, HP- UX, andnetworking.
PhysicalDemands:
Must be
responsive to 24-hour customer service commitment and follow the alert
procedures. Some travel required.
