We have huge opening with one of our MNC client for the below requirement.
Technical Support Specialist (Maintenance)
Employment Type : Permanent
Working location : IBP
Responsibility:
Primary responsibilities will be in server setup, administration and maintenance including customer support.
· Responsible for providing support on the IT systems for various projects that involves both infrastructure and networking.
· Might require standby support for certain projects.
· To take ownership of project-related system/network issues until resolved.
· Responsible for company's IT infrastructure such as network, file server, security access etc.
· Responsible for performing backup for company's servers.
· Responsible for performing system hardware recommendation and procurement.
· To oversee the office equipment inventory.
Requirements:
· Should possess a university degree or a diploma from a specialized school
· Preferably experience in network management, monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
· Knowledge of network security and firewalls, including Cisco PIX, ASA, VPNs and firewalls will be desirable.
· Reliable, result oriented and analytical person who always takes accountability/responsibility
· Can work under pressure and manage stressful situations confidently & effectively
· Essential to have a positive attitude, be business-focused, customer & service minded
· A team player who is also self motivated and can investigate and drive issues independently
· Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with other services, end-users
and management
· Prefers mandarin-speaking as 1st/2nd language
· No preference for nationality e.g. EP/PR/Singaporeans
