Job Description :
· To process new employee processes and fulfillment
· To interpret psychological test result
· To conduct job fair and campus visit
· To utilize DISC program for talent development
Requirement :
· Master Degree (S2) major in Psychology with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
· Fresh graduate student
· Female, single/married, age maximum 32 years old
· Fluent in English (both oral and written).
· Has good computer skill
· Can work accurately, dependable, and has initiative
· Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available to work overtime.
· Has good interpersonal relationship and communication skill.
· Able to work as an individual or a team.
