Our product iTravelOffice is used by more than 100 clients in Singapore & Malaysia.
Technical Support Executive to work in Rotating Shifts
(Singapore - Borland)
Responsibilities:
. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Java/ J2EE/C++/ UML or Software Testing with C++/Java skills is required for this position.
. Preferably Junior/Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
. 2 Full-Time positions available. Requirements:. Experience in Java/J2EE or C++/UML of Software testing/QA with development experience
. It is an advantage if candidate is able to speak Japanese/Chinese
. Applicants should be available for a face to face interview in Singapore
**** Very Important: The candidate should be willing to work in rotating shifts. The shift time changes once in 4 months.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To provide technical support to customers across the Asia Pacific region by phone, email and possibly onsite meetings.
To provide pre-sales technical support to SEs and Sales.
To work with R&D to track and resolve product bugs.
To create and maintain product knowledge base.
Provide after hours support via mobile phone (for DPG engineers only). (Salary would be commensurate to the candidate's depth of experience & abilities.)
