Both Male or Female applicants will be considered equally.
This is a senior position and a minimum of 2 years with in depth knowledge of all financial reporting (inc journal entry, general ledger, P&L, income statements, budget preparation, balance sheet and all other related areas of audit and financial reporting) for a senior accounting staff and communication and presentation and social skill for Sales Manager.
Candidate should be detail oriented as well as driven but should have a flair for teaching and coaching others. Must be able to multi task and be hands as well as able to work on your own or as part of a small team. Candidate should also be able to problem solve in all related areas and have good communication skills as well as being strong in administration related fields.
Boutique hotel experience would be advantageous while good spoken and written English & Bahasa is a must.
This position would suit a young (or young at heart) energetic and dynamic individual who 'dares to be different' and is not afraid to work until the job is finished. This is not a corporate 9-5 hotel position and is more about climbing the Alila Hotels & Resorts ladder rather than salary.
