Abacus Capital is a boutique fund management and financial advisory
firm with office in Singapore and Jakarta. To support our expanding
corporate finance practice, Abacus Capital invites interested
candidates to fill the following positions for our Jakarta office:
1. Investment Analyst – Corporate Finance
2. Associate – Corporate Finance
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
•In-depth company and industry research supporting proprietary
investment and corporate advisory activities
•Financial modeling, including valuation assessments
•Writing and preparing transaction related documents and presentation
materials (corporate profiles, information memoranda, etc)
•Being an integral part of the execution team from pitch to closing
Requirements include a minimum of 2 years (5 years for no. 2)
experience working in securities house, bank, consulting firm or large
Indonesian corporate in a finance role. Candidates must possess strong
academic and finance background. Candidates must have excellent verbal
and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must and
overseas graduates are preferred.
