PT Donata Agung Perkasa (DAP) is a Human Resources Consultant firm. Currently we are helping our client, an Indonesia national Shipping Company base in Jakarta, to recruit a professional to be positioned as: Crewing Head with following qualifications:

Has a strong understanding to manage the crew schedule.
Having at least 3-5 years experience in the shipping company/agency.
Graduate in any major from a reputable University.
Willingness to travel domestic and abroad.
Good communication & negotiation skill.
Age below 35.
Fluent in written and verbal English; Mandarin or other languages is an advantage.
Can work alone or in a team.
