Requirements:
 

To perform this job successfully, the candidate should demonstrate the following
knowledge and abilities:
 

·         Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
·         Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE 2003/2007)/Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA 2003/2007)
·         Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
·         Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position
·         Fluent in English
·         Able to foster a co-operative work environment
·         trong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff from diverse cultures
·         Able to listen to and analyze situations and excellent problem-solving skills
·         Able to work pro-actively and under pressure

 

 
Responsibilities

·         Windows Enterprise Server 2003/2007 monitoring and updates, proactive server and desktop maintenance
·         Maintain MS Exchange 2003/2007 Cluster Servers
·         Manage server backup and restore
·         Maintain Hardware and software inventory 
·         Manage Network equipment like router, switches, firewall
·         Provide basic and advanced helpdesk support to users (such as the installation of personal computers and workstations onto the network, hardware and software troubleshooting, configuring network interface cards and client software, and installing and supporting network printers)
·         Provide assistance to users in resolving routine hardware and software problems
·         Maintain and review logs and audit trails on PCs and MS Windows servers to detect virus or other problems and take corrective actions
·         Install new or upgraded existing hardware and software on Servers and PCs          
·         Client and server patch management

 
Salary would be commensurate to the candidate's depth of experience & abilities.
