Our client, one of the biggest conglomerations in Indonesia, is currently seeking to employ a professional like you to be its:



HEAD OF HRIS (HRIS)



Job Description includes:

· Ensuring an integrated HR Information System

· Developing Information System which refers to HR SAP module platform

· Safe-guarding the HR Automation, Helpdesk HR IS Module (Web, Lotus Note, SAP) and HR Decision support system



Requirements:

· Male, maximum 35 years of age

· S1 degree from a reputable university (S2 an advantage)

· Minimum of 5 years experience as HRIS Manager

· Having strong leadership skills with ability to manage a group of people

· Excellent interpersonal & communication skill

· Fluency in verbal & written English



Others:

· Compensation & Benefit package will commensurate with competencies and experience

· Jakarta based, but willing to travel to company's operation areas.
