Receptionist (Full Time)
Requirements:
1. Female, Single
2. Age not more than 28 years old
3. Minimum Education of D3 (Diploma Degree) concentrating in any major
4. Good Appearance
5. Pleasant Personality
6. Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
7. Friendly and Outgoing
8. Fluent in English would be an additional advantage
9. Customer Service oriented with excellent telephone etiquette
10. Relevant qualifications and previous experience in the same field is preferable
To be successful in this role you will have a demonstrated background in frontline reception and possess a high level of motivation and a proactive approach to work. Your day-to-day duties will include: · Switchboard Operations, Transfering calls · Data Entry · Mail Sorting · Meet and Greet · Appointment Scheduling
