Main Responsibility:
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, including dispatching of pick-ups and service information
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma degree (D3)
Minimum having 1 year of experience as customer service or related background · Excellent interpersonal skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Bahasa and English languages
· Detail Oriented
· Ability to work variable shifts based on business needs
· Computer literate
· Emotionally mature and patient
· Persistent personality
