1. Business Development Executive for Head Hunting ( Executive Search)
(Code: BDE - Head Hunting)
Male or Female, age maximum 35 years Old
Minimum Bachelor Degree from any Majoring Marketing, Management and from
Psychology would be advantaged
Having wide network with Corporate Executive Levels and HR Manager and
Personnel Manager.
Good understand of Head Hunting flow of work.
Minimum 2 years as consultant, sales or marketing form consulting company
especially in HR Consulting (Head Hunter)
Having experiences in handling clients especially for Personnel or Staff
requirement.
Good English Communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skill.
Selected candidates would be offered attractive remuneration and
commission, and we allow flexible working hours.
2. Business Development Executive for Outsourcing Services (Code: BDE -
Outsourcing)
Male of Female, max 35 years old
Having experiences in selling outsourcing services to the clients.
Having wide network with HR or Personnel Manager and Manufacturing Industry.
Minimum 3 years as marketing, sales or business development in HR
Consulting, Manufacturing or Banking Industries.
Having strong database of HR Manager or Factory Personnel Manager.
Good understand of Manpower Regulation, labor contract and outsourcing
flow of work.
Must be energetic and strong leadership person.
Experienced in handling client with ,more than 200 labors.
Must be experienced in selling outsourcing services for any major fields
(Production operator, Cleaning Services, Warehouseman, Secretary, Customer
Services, Engineer etc.)

3. Business Development Executive for Training Development (Code: BDE -
Training)
Male or Female, age max 35 years old
Having experiences in selling Training Products to Manufacturing Industry,
Banking and Finance Institution, Energy, Oil and Gad and Mining
Industries.
Minimum 2 years as Marketing Executive or Business Development Executive
for Training Product.
Good network with Corporate Training Manager, HRD Manager and Talent Manager.
Having strong database client to offer Training Maters to the clients.
Having understand of Training Organizing an analyzing.
