Responsibilities:
* Reporting to Customer Service Manager
* Responsible for student, bilingual teacher, native teacher scheduling
* Responsible for office correspondence such as: clients log and screening,document in and out
* Manage office facility
* Able to work in shift :
Monday to Thursday : morning 8.30-5.30, afternoon 12-21
Friday : morning 8.30-16.30, afternoon 13-20
Saturday (per 2 weeks) : 8-14
* Female
* Single
* Age 23-28 years old
* Education background min D3
* Minimum 1 year working experience
* Smart, highly self motivated, good initiative, able to work independently & a team
* Good communication skills in English
* Having self confidence, good personality, good negotiation skill
* Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
* Clear English accent
* Creative, Resourceful and Self starter
* Prefer to live around WTC Sudirman
