Currently our client is looking for: HEAD OF Research and Development (JATAKE) Responsibilities: - Searching for information and product trend intensively to strengthen knowledge that can support implementation of project development and basic research.
- Coordinating and monitoring the process of product development, basic research and consumer research which have been done in respective unit
- Assisting the factory people to handle the problem that relates with formulation, raw material, technical process, packing material and sanitation process
- Checking the document and monitoring the operational that relates with SOP and production process
Requirements: - Male / Female between 28 – 40 years
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy Preferably from Apothecary
- He / She must have Process Technology, consumer research, technical process and formulation skills.
- Fluent in English
- 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Tangerang.
Head of Marketing Development Responsibilities: - Ensure that the agreed target is delivered through proper marketing strategic priorities.
- Leading of Campaign management, Business development, Policies Owner Marketing and Portfolio analysis
- Evaluate success of existing products/programs and new products/enhancement launches. Recommend changes in product and marketing strategy
- Initiate planning process with segment identification and market analysis designed to spot both opportunities and threats to annual goals
- Create proper relationship management platform with all key campaign partners
Requirements: - Requires bachelor degree in business / economics with 5 years experience in Direct Marketing is an advantage
- Female between 28 – 35 years old
- Required a good knowledge of English and Mandarin
- Good leadership and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- Strategic thinking and hands on
- Able to manage launching and managing marketing campaign, customers database management and project management skills
