Responsible to manage all functional and operation activities, ensure and
oversee planned production, Quality and production cost targets. Leading
Mill trouble shooting activities and engineering developments to ensure Mill
operational efficiency and reliability are maintained.
*REQUIREMENTS:*
Min. S1 Graduated from Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineer
15 – 20 years in power plant operations is a must
Able to provide guidance and proper training in advance management
techniques and pulping technology knowledge
Possess good understanding of power Generation business & pulp and paper
industry
Good leadership and operational management skills. In good health and able
to work under pressure
