PT Asia Select Indonesia represents a multi-national EPC company to find a professional and high caliber candidates to fill the position of: HRGA Manager (Job Code: HRM-EPC) The incumbent will responsible to manage all over Human Resources & General Affairs Department activities which cover HR procedures, recruitment, compensation & benefits, competence and performance management, and legalities. The incumbent will report directly to expatriate CFO and HQ Qualification required: 33 - 40 years old At least hold bachelor degree in Management, Law, or Psychology Having 10 years experience in Human Resource Management with minimum 3 years experience with a multinational company. Having exprience in  EPC Company, Mining Company, or Oil & Gas Services Company is a must Well rounded exposure in human resource field such as: Recruitment, Industrial Relation, Compensation & Benefits, General Affairs, immigration regulation, and Legalities.
