Engineering Manager (Marine / Oil & Gas Offshore)
Our Client is an offshore enginneering firm and currently they are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team.
Responsibilities:
*Give direction in the growth of the engineering department.
*Managing the workload and the work allocation
*Personnel management and training
*Managing
engineering issues during the planning and execution of projects,
during conversions and subsequently operations for both internal and
external clients.
*Budgeting and cost control within the engineering department.
*Supporting the commercial department in the preparation and costing of bids and proposals
*Supporting the operations department in the engineering aspects of the operations
*Required reporting to Top Managment and Clients
*Maintaining and improving Company's knowledge, standards and procedures related to engineering
Requirements:
*15
Years management experience and extensive experience in the marine
engineering field, broad understanding of the various fields E&I,
Structural, Naval Arch, Mech.
*Masters in Engineering
*Flexibility, has to be able to deal with ambiguity and changing plans.
