Pre-requisite knowledge, experience & skills
• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering or relevant qualifications.
• At least 3 years experience in electrical hardware and software design.
• Knowledge of E-Plan and Autocad software.
• knowledge in VC++ programming.
• Interest in automation & control.
• Some basic mechanical design knowledge

Job Description:

• Design and trouble-shooting of electrical circuitry.
• Electrical drawing and documentation.
• To assist in design and development of control software.
• Electrical Component Standard
- Standardization of electrical component
- Standardization of electrical indirect material
• Schematic Drafting
- Standardization of electrical schematics
- Standardization of wire & devices labelling
- Update schematics revisions
• Wiring methodology
- Wire Routing
- Wire termination
- Wire & Accessories selection
- Interfacing of modular
- Wire harnessing exercise
• Control Box design & layout
- Regulatory compliance
- Product circuit Design.
- CE/ Semi compliance
• Documentation
- Establish Electrical hardware design guideline and design rule
- Document all proven component & design into Green Book.
• Support product Alpha/beta site testing
• Document and technology transfer to product group
•
