We are a multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking suitable candidate
to fill in the position of:



Human Resources Officer

SUMMARY

Responsible for all human resource activities for the company. Provide
advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and
documentation. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and
procedural problems and inquiries.



Your responsibility :

§ Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role,
assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;


§ Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions, preparing
advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and
selecting candidates;

§ Developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance
management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence
management;

§ Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and
benefits;

§ Undertaking regular salary reviews; negotiating with staff and their
representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions;

§ Administering payroll and maintaining records relating to staff;

§ Implementing disciplinary procedures;

§ Planning and sometimes delivering training, including inductions for new
staff;

§ Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job
evaluation systems. Complete salary survey questionnaires.

REQUIREMENT

§ University Degree preferably in Management, Psychology or Law

§ 3 to 5 years experience in as HR Generalist, preferably in multinational
Company.

§ Fluency in English both oral and written

§ Excellent communication and good personality

§ Good in MS Excel and Mathematic skill
