Job Responsibilities:
Doing all matters related to administration duties, such as:
· Daily transaction
· Making letters, quotation, PO, SO, contract, agreement
· Meeting arrangement
· Flight/travel booking etc.
· Assisting CKP group to accommodate the need of company issues
Job Specification:
· Age not more than 28
· Female
· Minimum D3 but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
· Minimum 1 year
· Honest, nice personality (friendly), hard working
· Self-starter, able to do multiple tasks
· Able to speak English
· Computer literate, internet and familiar to making presentation template
· Excellent communication in English both written and verbal
· Honest, independent and result oriented.
