Now we are seeking for highly-motivated candidates to fill the following key position:
Recruitment Officer

Qualifications:
• Male/Female, max 27 years old
• Candidate must Possess at least a Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology or Management.
• Min 2 years experience as Recruitment Officer in related business
• Good knowledge in HR Function
• Good knowledge in recruitment process (sorting, testing, and interviewing candidates)
• Familiar with Psychology test instrument
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Self motivated, dynamic and high initiative
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership skill
• Computer literate
