Now we are seeking for highly-motivated candidates to fill the following key position:
SECRETARY
Qualifications:
1. Female with age max 29 years old
2. Diploma III majoring in Secretary Academies
3. Fresh graduate or Min 2 years experience as Secretary in related business
4. Performs secretarial duties including composition of important letters and memorandums, maintains calendar, coordinates meetings, develops and maintains filing system, maintains records and prepares reports, handling multiple tasks and completing them in a timely manner
5. Must have good Microsoft Word and computer skills
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Fluent in English both oral and written
8. Strong filing and organizing skills. Able to handle multiple tasks and complete them in a timely manner
9. Able to work well with staff, members, and public
10. Demonstrated ability to be attractive, discreet, flexible, work independently, and prioritize and manage assignments and triage situations to expedite handling of important matters
11. Ability to produce quality work under deadline pressure
12. Good looking and have pleasant personality
