Need your assistance to post a vacancy opening in our company.


We are one of the leading book retailers of English language books and
complementary products in the Southeast Asian region, with a network of outlets
across Malaysia, Singapore, Macau, and Indonesia. We are seekingprofessional to
fill the below listed position:

Training Executive (code: TRE)

Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Plan, coordinate and deliver training programs on technical and non-technical
subject matter
2. Responsible for training all levels of staff – operations, team leaders and
management
3. Work with key contacts to assess courseware for each department, determine
customization needs and develop appropriate learning content
4. Develop, maintain and update training manuals
5. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of training events and evaluations
6. Coordinate logistics for training events
7. Utilize software and hardware in the course of leading training
8. Communicate effectively with all levels in the organization including
management staff
9. Successfully work independently and in a team environment
10.Provide excellent customer service
11.Demonstrate commitment to Times Bookstores values and mission
12.Provide one on one training to the team leaders and train team members as
needed
13.Coordinate training schedules and participants with the operation department
14.All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Male / Female, max 35 years
• Bachelor degree in any discipline with GPA min 2,75 (preferable psychology
graduate)
• Have min 3 years experience, as a trainer preferably from retail
industry/consultant/banking
• Able to do planning, coordinating and implementing training program
• Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English (both oral and written)
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel & Power Point)
• Willing to travel out of town
• Able to join with us ASAP
