Secretary to Director [code: STD]


[Main Job]

To perform routine and non routine secretarial tasks (i.e. plan and maintain daily correspondences, prepare business trips, arrange meetings and workshops) and administration as well as filling in order to support the Director in business and personal matters in performing business activities effectively.


[General Requirements]

1. Minimum D3 level with GPA. 2.75 majoring in Secretarial or Business Administration Discipline.

2. Minimum 3 (three) year experience in related position.

3. Able to work efficiently and demonstrate effective organizational skills.

4. Fluent in spoken and written English.

5. Willing to be contracted.
