Our Client, International Shipping Company is Urgently seeking :
* HSEQ Manager
Qualifications :
- Male, above 40 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Naval Architect or equivalent / Marine License ANT I / ANT II
- At least 8 years continued services in the field of Oil & Gas Industries preferable in the
offshore and onshore
- Responsible for ensuring the implementation of the Health, Safety, Environmental, and
Quality Management Policy and business performance of the company, controlling and up
dating to the related rules, regulation, and requirements. Also responsible for the
implementations of security system in Company's Vessel/ Marine Terminal
- Understand basic concept or Marine Terminal / Crude Oil Transport and fully familiar with
rules, regulation, pertinent to the Oil and Gas Industry ( SOLAS, MARPOL, ISGOTT, API,
ASME,etc )
- Understand amd familiar with classification rules, flage state requirement to the ship
managed by company.
- Understand and familiar with management system based on ISM Code and ISO
9001:2008 is a must
- Understand and familiar with port facility security plan and Ship security plan based on
ISPS Code
- Have a good understanding and knowledge to carry out Risk Assessment, JSA, HAZOP,
FPMEA, Event Tree Analysis, What If Technique
- Understand and familiar with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 is an advantage
- Have certified in internal auditor ISM Code and ISO 9001:2008
- Willing to travel to all project location as necessary
- Computer literate and fluent in English
