World Vision Indonesia is seeking the following positions :
1. Business Coordinator (code : BC)
Location : Vocational Training Center (VTC) - Karubaga, Wamena
Major Roles:
- Develop business development program strategy and planning which should match with the training and learning program for the VTC Project
- Identify local potential market for small business development
- Build and establish strong relationship and collaboration with local and non-local entrepreneurs as well as other stakeholders
- Facilitate VTC graduates to develop small business and link them to market, entrepreneurs, and employers
- Monitor and support the VTC Graduates in the learning process of engaging small business development
Qualifications:
- S1 degree, preferably in agriculture or business
- Min.2 years experience in small business development program, especially in agricultural sector or entrepreneurship
- Having experience in product development and market analysis, most preferably in agricultural, animal husbandry, or handicraft-made
- Has strong entrepreneurship skill
- Have good leadership and good facilitating skill
- Based in Wamena
2. Universal Birth Registration Officer (code : UBR)
Location : Pontianak
Major Roles:
To support WVIndonesia's strategic mandates to "be an authoritative voice at all levels driving change" by ensuring the Universal Birth Registration's advocacy works at local and regional levels in alignment with the global partnership and national office strategies and policies.
Qualifications:
- S1 degree in Law, Public Policy, Social Works, or relevant degree
- Min. 2 year experiences working in advocacy works; national experience is a plus, including 1 year in managerial position
- Based in Pontianak
