Gw banyak langganan milis tentang lowongan kerja. Karena masih jadi karyawan kontrak di suatu perusahan swasta bonafid. So, gw bagi-bagi dah kalo seandainya ada lowongan yang bagus dan mudah-mudahan bukan email dari perusahaan penipu, hati-hati mengirimkan cv-nya yah.

Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / industrial engineering / geology
Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining company
Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities
Capable of doing calculation of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, usage of fuel, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine
Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
Taking care of quality (QC) of mine product
Good understanding about HSE / K3
Fluent in English both oral & written
Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities
Hardworking, able to work under pressure, self motivated and honest
Leadership and people management skills with cross culture communication capabilities
Ability to motivate subordinates to achieve objectives of the department
Will be located in remote area (Maluku island) with rotation schedule
