Requirement :

•Female, Max. 30 years old
•Min. 2 years experience in ODE
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in every major
•Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and management skill
•Tough personality and high integrity
•Show high degree of energy and passion to make things happen - being result oriented
•Experience in HR operation and have a sound knowledge of strategic HR
•Good communication (written and oral), presentation and interpersonal relationship skills, including the ability to effectively liaise with people at all levels.
•Computer literate, especially in Microsoft (Word, Excel, and Power point, Project).
•Good communication in English & Mandarin

B. HR SERVICE SECTION HEAD (HRS)

Requirement :

•Male / Female, max. 30 years old
•Bachelor of Psychology from reputable University
•Having experience min 2 years in Human Resources Department
•Fluency in English language and computer literate
•Tough personality and high integrity
•Experience in HR operation and have a sound knowledge of strategic HR
•Experience in HR operation & service
•Good communication in English & Mandarin

C. CORP. CAREER MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE (CME)

Requirement :

•Male / Female, max. 30 years old
•Min S2 Psychology with Psychologist Profession / Information system
•Having experience min 1 year in Career Management
•Having experience in Training and Career Management (Career path)
•Analytical Ability and Problem solving, good in team work
•Strong interpersonal skill and negotiate with internal and external company, able to work independent and individual
•Able to work under pressure
•Good communication in English & Mandarin


D. CORP. HR DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVE (HDE)

Requirement :

•Male / Female, max. 30 years old
•Minimum Bachelor from a reputable university in Information System / Administration management
•Has experience min 1 years about Documentation and Human Resources
•Computer Literate and familiar with Office Automation Tools
•Ability to produces documents through clear and concise writing
•Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must
•Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
•Able to work independently, self-motivated, able to work with minimum supervision, effectively multi-task and make work prioritize
•Strong willingness to learn in new area
